Rescue Dog At Home Backyard Portrait Session
About the Portrait Location
A PRIVATE RESIDENCE BACKYARD SESSION
A perfect way to have a comfortable portrait session especially with rescue dogs is at home in their backyard! There’s nothing like familiarity to really bring out the best from your four-legged family. It’s a great option for those nervous or excited dogs because they can easily decompress and take a break in the comfort of their own bed.
Meet Rescue Dog Sammy (He/Him)
A BIG LOVABLE GUY
Sammy the rescue dog is one of the best examples of why you should consider adopting a dog. He is full of love and kindness. He has enormous amounts of energy for an eight year old big dog and loves to play with his green toys in the backyard where he had his portrait session.
Sammy’s Perfect Day
A RESCUE DOG’S PERFECT DAY
When not napping on his humans’ laps, (he may be big, but that absolutely doesn’t stop him from being a lap dog), he enjoys going for long walks in the neighborhood park and eating whatever anyone will give him. As you can see he is such a good boy and has some of the gentlest eyes ever.
A Fitting Halloween Costume
SCOOBY DOO? MORE LIKE SAMMY DOO.
One of Sammy’s humans is a huge Halloween lover and has dressed Sammy up so he can partake in the spooky festivities. Sammy was most notably Scooby Doo one year, with his own “S” special collar.
Mei Lin (first name, pronounced "may-LYNN", she/her) is a queer Chicago intimate wedding photographer who's passionate about commemorating diverse couples grounded in the present moment. Animal welfare, social justice, and sustainability are three things that are really important to her.
