Katy & Brian’s Miller Hill Farm engagement session was floral, understated, & warm. A lovely small family farm, Miller Hill Farm graciously offered Katy, Brian, & Ruben their farm as a great portrait location. Between the gorgeous florals and beautiful Vermont farm scenery, it made for incredible portraits. Located in Sudbury, Vermont, owners and farmers Carl & Nan not only craft beautiful florals, but they create a warm and welcoming place to visit.
Katy & Brian got engaged this summer when Brian proposed to Katy. Before the pandemic hit, they loved traveling together. In their home, they have a map of the United States where they have slowly but surely started to fill in the states where they’ve visited. This year, with the world looking a little brighter, they planned a trip to Maine. If the trip was only filled with yummy drinks, good lobster, and great Holy Donut doughnuts, Katy would have been ecstatic already. However, Brian had planned a surprise sunrise proposal located at one of the most gorgeous Maine views. It can be safely said that the trip was a huge success even if the surprise portion of the proposal was almost spoiled.
They originally met online and quickly fell in love (with each other as well as Dunkin’ Donuts). Since the start of their relationship they’ve gone through great relationship milestones. They moved in together in their first apartment together, adopted two cats (called Calvin & Hobbs), bought a house together, and adopted a rescue puppy called Ruben. Here’s to many more life milestones, congratulations Katy & Brian!
